FILM

Hannah's career as a film maker has always been in mental health. Her student documentary of the closure of Claybury, a Victorian asylum in Redbridge, East London, uncovered shocking practices. She debuted as a professional film maker for Mental Health Media, the leading service user led production company, and, in accordance with their code of best practice, called herself a service user film maker. Mental health and film have been the twin poles of her career ever since.
